As the great bird of art swoops down to feed us, a vulnerable clutch of newborn chicks in our eyrie, I would like to make it known that great writing about art is to be found all throughout the atmospheric layers of the web.
I have gathered a list of links this week, as I was riding on the back of a soaring mythic beast, observing with alacrity all that she spied and all that fell within her peregrinations. I found that on the back of this beast, all I could see was art that was otherwise invisible.
I will now share these links to edify you as they edified me. To the deity in charge of art lustre, I say, “avast!”
Pay attention. Art connects. Art protects. Art is a language that no language can duplciate.
Eagerly I await another ride on the great art pterodactyl, clutching its pinion feathers, nestling my cold cheeks in its avian dinosaur hair! Let art enhance us! We soar!
